Introduction:
Freeze drying technology is a special dehydration process to remove the water in the material under vacuum and at low temperature, dehydrate products by sublimation directly from ice to vapor.In the freeze-drying processing, the system first freezes the material, then use vacuum pump to suck the air of the container and keep it at a low pressure and meanwhile heat the material gently. let the material to sublimate directly from the solid phase to the vapor phase.

JKI freeze dryer with imported heating system and Germany temperature sensor, with Japan's Mitsubishi PLC control, each trays layer temperature control accuracy of 0.1℃.
5. Release Vacuum chamber pressure and Collect product.
After freeze dried, the vacuum chamber inlet value is inside of freeze chamber .it added to the inside the ultra-low temperature air, the air is dry, sterile, so that the product is safety.
