The carbonization stove adopts the high-temperature dry sliding carbonization technology to make the manmade briquette to charcoal briquette. It is equipped with hyperploid high temperature stream cooling system, and the process of cooling can be accelerated to speed up the period of the production. Moreover, the stove adopts the structure of unique air storage chamber to fully reuse the smoke produced during the process of carbonization. And 60% of the redundant smoke can be used in drying and carbonizing, saving much fuel during the whole process,and increasing the enterprise revenue.

The whole line of making wood briquette charcoal
1.Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm);
2.Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%;
3.Put the material into feed let of briquette machine;
4.Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive;
5.Carbonized the briquette stick.

A: put the raw material into the inner stove neatly;
B: use the hoist to hang the inner stove into the outer stove;
C: use the hoist to hang the caps to seal the inner stove with outer stove;
D: fire the outer stove and then to make the charcoal.

Raw Materials: Sawdust, Crops Straw(corn stalk, beanstalk, broomcorn stalk, cotton stalk, rape stalk,palm kernel shell, groundnut stem, sunflower stalk), Husk, Grass, Bush branches, Bamboo butt, Bamboo scraps, Bagasse and so on.
