Description:
QG Series Pulse Air stream dryer is a large quantity production drier, it adopt instant drying principle, utilize hot air’s quick move to drive damp raw material and make it floating on the hot air, this can strengthen the whole drying process, improve the speed of hot exchange.
Work Principle:
The air is filtered after heating, the temperature reached 80 ~ 300 °C (adjustable). The material is added to the feed hopper, a spiral feeder evenly join drying tube and hot air flow contact, forming complex heat convection dominated exchange process, finally reach dry products. Through the drying tube after the gas-solid mixture, first by the cyclone recovery materials, and then by bag filter separation powder (500 mesh below the recovery rate can reach 99%), the exhaust gas through the draught fan emptying.
